I ordered this giant cookie kit for several people including my 29 year old nephew (who lives out of town on his own) as a birthday gift for him to enjoy “baking his own birthday dessert’ since we can’t be with him on his birthday this year. I sent another kit to my other nephew (who has a wife and two boys) as a birthday gift for the family to have fun learning how to bake and decorate a giant birthday cookie for each other’s birthday. Finally, I ordered a kit for myself. While I enjoy baking desserts for various occasions, I have never learned how to decorate a giant cookie with a piping tip to make it look like the ones sold at grocery stores. I am also looking forward to trying the many different recipes included in this kit and decorating giant cookies for future events and family gatherings!!!

To start, the packaging, with instructions, is gorgeous, and very well planned. I gifted two, and they do make exceptional gifts for the bakers in your life. My plan was to make the lemon flavored cake for our Labor Day gathering but due to thunderstorms we had to cancel early. I have no doubt that whichever flavor I choose will be amazing.
