I have the hard bound paper copy of this cookbook already and love looking through it on a regular basis for ideas on upcoming events. This is my go to cookbook for so many reasons. That is why I bought the digital edition so that whenever I’m shopping for groceries, I can quickly access the recipes and buy any ingredients that I still need without making an extra trip to the store. Currently, I am also the main caregiver at my mom’s house and don’t have to take my recipe book with me every time I want to bake a dessert for her because I now have quick access on my phone notes app to this great cookbook!!! It’s come in handy several times already when my hard bound cookbook is at home in my kitchen.
What a beautiful and practical (all in a 9x13 pan) cookbook! I love that tips are included for each recipe to show how you can cut the bars differently, and easy indicators that show if a mixer is needed, etc. I am so excited o try the recipes, and test make some gluten free so I can eat them too :)

I am so late in reviewing the One Crafty Pan Cookbook but since I just received the latest Cookie Cake Pan Bundle, I thought I'd review together. BOTH of these items are excellent to have for your baking resources. Melissa's recipes are easy to follow and delicious to eat. Last fall I preordered three cookbooks for Christmas gifts, well, one was for myself, of course. My niece began baking out of hers right away and posted pictures to me of her delicious desserts. One picture was the cookie cake for her sister's birthday sharing that they all enjoyed it immensely. Melissa makes baking so easy and gift-worthy. I gathered summertime gifts for my neighbor's using her Copycat Starbucks Lemon Loaf as the inspiration. Everyone loved it! I have been so delighted with this cookbook that I didn't hesitate to order the Cookie Cake Pan Bundle. My picture does not do it justice. I ordered one for myself with one set going to my daughter. I'm making the Lemon Cookie Cake for our Labor Day gathering. I've posted a picture of what you receive, and I think this is a wonderful gift for the baker in your life.
