These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of and purchases from the Design Eat Repeat Shop (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products
We sell physical baking products (such as cookbooks, aluminum pans, baking kits, and accessories) and digital items (printables, recipes, and other downloadable content). Product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
2. Orders & Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars.

We accept payment at the time of order through approved payment methods listed at checkout.

Orders may be canceled by us if payment is not received or if an item is unavailable.
3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For digital products, download links are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
4. Returns & Refunds

Physical Products: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable.
5. Limitation of Liability
By purchasing from the Design Eat Repeat Shop, you agree to use all products as intended and follow all included care and safety instructions.

Aluminum pans and other bakeware are intended for standard oven use only and should not be used in microwave ovens, over open flames, or in any manner inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose.

We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that result from misuse, failure to follow instructions, or accidents while using our products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) and limit our liability to the purchase price of the product.
6. Intellectual Property
All digital files, designs, recipes, and printables are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You may not resell, share, or distribute them in any form.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
